Water Management Systems Inc.

The original name was Technology Distributors Inc. and was founded by Russ and Tom Horner in 1980 in Arlington, Virginia. In 1991 they changed the name to Water Management Systems Inc. and moved to the city of Alexandria, Virginia, where it applied the notion of shared savings to the water efficiency program. It has a team of experts solving water problems and reducing water consumption. Computer models are used to analyze water usage and to calculate the savings specific to each customer.
