SPCA Certified, is the British Columbia Society for the prevention of cruelty to animals. SPCA mission is to enhance the quality of farms, domestic and wild animal life and aware people about it by providing education. SPCA tries to solve pet issues, take special care of animals for that they organized various programs and events. The SPCA is located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
