Ontario Racing Commission

The Ontario Racing Commission, an agency of the Ontario Government which is responsible for regulating the horse racing industry in Ontario, is located in Toronto. They ensure the action and all risk activities conducted, are according to a highly structured set of rules and regulations which is through the authority of the Criminal Code. CPMA also organizes the testing for illegal substances in horses and offers the camera and video services for the races. The organization has established some rules with the Sub-parts 5910 of the Horse racing license act, 2015.
