4-H Ontario

4-H Organization which symbolizes the head, heart, hands and health is an association with leaders generating new leaders. Members of this organization who are 9-12, come together with volunteer leads to create a 4-H club, and learn various topics through hands-on activities. It focuses, encourages and teaches the youth to have a broader vision to understand the effect which is caused by their actions on their relationships, environment and society as whole. Its development program aims at priming up the skills which includes public speaking, communication, decision making, procedures which are parliamentary based, meeting management and networking, which leads to better leaders and contributing citizens.
